good topic!!
good support system in my family and friends and them to have enough balls to smack me and say "smack out of it!"
but really i can say, i never give that power away...ITS ALL MINE!! and i am gonna keep it...
daily medition and prayers do help me every day for my sanity.....
and of course, here, has helped me get my power back and knowing i am not going NUTS...
