Yep, yep: document, document, document. If the following your car thing happens again, I'd suggest turning into a police station parking lot. It may not be necessary for you to even go into the building; turning into the lot may be enough. And if he's dumb or inebriated enough to follow you into the lot, well then, he'll deserve the consequences.

Snerk - the paintball and the salmon have me ROFLMAO. (If you live in an area with a lot of sea gulls: they love french fries, one order spread out a bit attracts a fairly large flock, and while they're enjoying the treat, they leave behind a bit of a mess. McD's fries seem to be a favorite, but I wouldn't know anything about that from high school years ago.......)
