Taking charge ~ i find myself feeling the same way about fb sometimes... looking at other people's pictures, seeing their updates about how fabulous their day is or what they are doing. 9 times out of 10 it is a trigger for me as well... look how fabulous their life is, not a care in the world, poor me, no fancy pictures of me on beaches, or my twenty horses, or updates every ten minutes about horses i'm showing, trips i'm taking, shopping sprees i'm going on, blah blah. I always end up feeling pretty bummed about my boring life.

I stick to talking with my family thats across the country, or using it to get in touch with people I don't see often. That's it. Other than that I really could care less what so and so is having for dinner, or when so and so is going to the gym.

Sometimes I wonder why I friended half these people in the first place.

My AH friended me on fb too ... and I have a restraining order !
The craziness just goes on & on ... of course I ignored him .
Best thing I was able to do was the restraining order ... peace
