Oh man, lately I've discovered so many ugly things about myself, too. And covered up things. I am grateful here I can be myself and be honest about how I feel, get support, get kicks in the ass, laugh, cry and in general not feel alone. I want to be one of those people that can forgive. For real..

You can start with forgiving yourself first, my love.....toss the uglies away and replace them with wishes for good, beauty and kindness to yourself.
As for the hidden bits, look at what they are, and decide which can be hauled out into the light, and which can stay buried and forgotten.
