now he's here to get the kids and I am so angry with him. I really need to get back to yoga. I think I'm just triggered by myawakenings ordeal and DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT FEELING BAD ABOUT THAT OR TRYING IN ANY WAY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT BECAUSE ITS NOT YOU, IT'S THESE SCUM SUCKING IDIOTS WHO WE ARE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO TRUST THAT IS THE PROBLEM NOT YOU!
This is good. This is fine. I need to use this to remember why I have clear boundaries with alcoholics and why I"m not ready to date and why I was such a mess for so long. Not because I'm a bad person or not capable, but because being in a relationship with an alcoholic was enough to beat the living crap out of me emotionally and spiritually.
