Spoke with Mike for a moment this morning.... I will call him later and get more info....
He is feeling better this morning, he was able to eat some egg and toast and so far no reaction... so that is good that he is keeping food down and no cramping. (last night was bad cramping and alot of pain) He is really tired from the effort though so is back in bed taking a nap. He said that he is not in pain this morning but because of taking the pill last night his blood pressure is down 20 points (which in his case is not good) but he expected that and is not worried.
His appt is at 2:00 and he will check in after the appointment.... So I will give you more of an update then.
He is very appreciative of all the love and prayers form SR .... I read him all the responses and you can hear in his voice how much it means to him... He said you are all sweeties ....Thank you.
He was cracking up laughing at the though of us taking that road trip Minx ...

Some people never even have a heart attack in their entire life and you've had, what is it now, eleven?!?
Is this the ol' "if one is good, two is better" line of thinking? "One is too many, a thousand's never enough"? What gives???
Quit it already! I can't keep the focus on myself if you keep throwing distractions my way... and what's more distracting than a near-death experience?

You have a point.... he is kinda an extreemist huh??
You would think he could stick to a recovery program for this, its oviously a pattern.

well this news is just about the worst news I coudlve gotten today.

Cynay, I've just now read through this thread and I wanted to thank you for keeping us updated.
And let Mike know he's in my thoughts! Truly, I hope he feels better soon.

Well Mike made it back from the Doctors....
He has another appointment tommrow with another of his Doctors and I guess so far the Doc's are very happy it was not worse. The issues with his heart are responding to the medication and they will keep him using what they are now.... All he needs right now is losts of rest and to keep doing the Meds like he has been. When he is feeling better and able to come online Im sure he could tell you all about the medical part... and since he talks circles around me I dont want to mess it up, so I will wait for him to explain details.
Later this eve I will read to him your posts.... that is if he does not sneek in which he has been known to do.... but he sounded pretty wiped out today so maybe he will stay down for awhile.
They have no reason to belive that he will not be alot better with a few weeks of rest and recovery but unfortunally this is not going to be the last time he has a "cardiac events".... but who knows Miricals happen every day... So we will just have to curb his "extreem" personality traits....
