It's just beginning........
A real life. Free from substances. This is the beginning of a wonderful journey and a chance to live a life free from the chains. So many things to enjoy with a clear mind. Thank God that for today, I am taking care of myself. For today, I assure myself that no matter what I have done in the past, that I can forgive myself and give myself the gift of the present and future.

Day 10
It's day 10 and I'm feeling a little better. My nose is still a jumbled mess and my memory is not too good right now. Seriously, someone can tell me something one minute and then the next, I forgot what they told me. I hope this gets better because I need my memory to function at what I'm doing at this point in life, lol.
So I guess each new day brings new surprises and new challenges and opens our hearts to facing each one.

Yes it is cooler, the temp are in the high 90's now, not the 100's. I know this sounds crazy, but such is life in our great state.
Spent the last two nights working on the lawn sprinklers. So the grass will grow, and I can go outside and mow it.
I think I need professional help!

After a lot of time in the program, I find it's a lot easier being sane and sober.
Take pride in your self. None of us have to be high or drunk to have people love us. Nothing we've done can't be forgiven.
You just keep doing waht you're doing and life will get so good 4 you you'll have to pinch your self. It might get worse b 4 it gets better but, the promises do come true
