Yes heavily pregnant, Mags. I think it will be frequent because they won't be able to go out due to baby. 
I couldn't even get my car out earlier, cars parked over my drive. I feel like I am just an inconvenience to them. Next 20 years are going to be fun.
It's just awful.

OK....I see what they are doing Kaily, and you are absolutely going to be able to beat them here....but it might take a little time, patience and videoing.
They are having parties yes, but I think they are hosting paid dance/trance whatever parties and making money from this.
Yes that is a dance floor, and I bet the landlords would be livid if they knew. No one has that big of a social life....they are hosting a club in their backyard.

Also, as someone who literally moved countries over bad neighbours who drove me insane FOR YEARS I am so glad you started this thread. If we can help even by understanding and caring it might relieve your stress a touch....I know that nothing in my life was ever so stressful for me.

OK, sorry. I went overboard. 
Nevertheless, that is not cool or OK or legal.
I also have major anxiety issues. I don't talk about it, but it is my truth.
And no matter how scared I was, I would document it all on video and call the police.
There are strict laws re times for using power tools and playing music.
And disturbing neighbours.
