What the F! Get yourself to a meeting, it's only an hour, 1/2 the time you'd spend on that movie. How long did you spend getting high and drunk the other night? Well take that time and spend it on recovery activities. Go to meeting, buy Big Book (not the BIble, the AA book), and READ IT! At least go through a few of the stories at the end. You'll see a pattern emerge. Then get a meeting schedule and plan for your next meeting.

In the meantime remember- if you don't pick up a drink you can't get drunk!
