Sorry I only saw this now! My maintenance is first off a meeting a day (most days) because of ZOOM. Living in steps 10,11,12. I have quite a 'rigorous' step 10 - when I feel resentment, selfishness, fear, dishonesty I pause immediately and share it with my sponsor. WhatsApp makes that easy. I then ask God to take the feeling/emotion away and turn my attention to someone else I can help - in or outside AA. Morning and Evening prayer and meditation if I manage but definitely prayer. I am sponsored and I sponsor. And that's about it! 
Interestingly, I'm more plugged in to AA than ever before and it is truly a programme where the gifts keep on coming.
