I've known a couple of people who had the vertigo thing, one has an inner ear imbalance and the other needed to see a chiroprator once a month as that was causing the imbalance. You could call any feeling or ailment PAWS so long as you have had an issue with addiction but i'd be careful with that as in my experience if it quacks like a duck it generally is and your condition does not sound like PAWS at all.

I would echo the sentiment that it's always a good idea to seek advice/explore the potential sources of issues during this time, whether they be medical or psychological. And also that the most authoritative sources on PAWS also recommend treating the individual symptoms as you would individually if possible. AKA - PAWS in itself is not treatable, but there are many times things you can do to help with the symptoms.
