Thanks all. Today's meeting was really good too but I find it super triggering when they let drunk people talk, it's hard to moderate that on zoom, and is another bad thing about lockdown.
I know these people are hurting (as am i, and also have tried to seek help while drunk), but I find it hard to listen to them, rather than people who are already in recovery.
just my thought for the day.

Goodatcha for day 5!!! All meetings are as good as I let them be. Sometimes I hear what I want to hear and what resonates with me, but I always hear what I need to hear as long as I listen with my heart and pay attention to the feedback it gives me. Some people teach me by sharing what I want for my recovery, others teach me by sharing what I don't want for my recovery. I need them both while I figure out and sort through what my path will be. It is all helpful.

Thanks. Made it a week today and have done well over 7 meetings! Usually 2 per day, as I am still in the process of finding which one I like most.
today I'm having a very hard day.
I am on holidays and being laid off on Christmas. I have NOTHING to do and I'm even in the middle of a meeting and still want to start drinking
