I am on the bus with the biggest coffee ever.......
Also have some Coffee Cake that is all cut up for you guys and I brought plates.....
Have fun as I am going to grab a piece of that Coffee cake and go sit in back of bus......

No sweet treats for me. Inflammation. I keep reading about blood sugar, inflammation and Covid. Even more reason not to have sweets. 
On the bus. I guess coffee and buttered toast would be okay. Maybe I'll throw an egg and some avocado on that.

Interesting, Bim, about the connection to sugar. I'll have to read about that. I've bad a bit of a sweet tooth lately, maybe I should stop too.

I'm fond of sweet stuff too. Coffee Cake sounds good. Not had that in ages. On the canal there is a floating bakery that actually started up during the lockdown (by furloughed chefs) Their stuff is delicious though pricey. I try to avoid it as I walk the towpath to avoid putting on the pounds and kilos. A floating bakery doesn't help.
