Thank you It has been a bit of a slow motion and long adventure for me.

I just have to keep telling myself that I know with everything in me that I can't go back to drinking. I know that once I open that door back up, it will be close to impossible to close it.

Day 7 for me. I'm on anti-depressants now and its totally taken my cravings away.
