Ardy, no Fat Tuesday party for me yesterday.
Had to switch from the Sober Bus to the Sober Bed. Got a gut ache around 9:30am at work. Hoped it would go away; left work 12:30-ish. Just when I think they're gone (December last one), I get one.
I'm ok today but not 100%. No pink cloud right now.

Happy Birthday Dragon!
I think my birthday was the most challenging day of the year in early sobriety. It used to be an all day drinking affair for me, hanging with different people. I had a "poor me, I can't drink anymore" attitude the first couple birthdays. Thank goodness I have put that behind me.
Maybe we can order up some warmer weather for your Saturday dinner?

prayers to Dear Ringo.. no sudden moves of the pot holes please..
I am on its late in the day. the sky is going pink and orange and blue with the dark of evening coming upon us as the first of the stars start to come out.. ah evening rest a time for peace the end of the day...
have a bit of my writing coming back around.. I play a bingo blitz game at 4am with people from all over the world on face book. do a bit of a short story for them to all enjoy as we try to Scream into the Dark BINGO hey what do you have to trade.. its fun they are all so nice.. and we share in thoughts life coffee tea and Bingo.. shouts..
beep the horn hit the trail.. almost time for the running of the roses. prayers to all the 4 legged friends out there that give us all of their hearts..
maybe we need The Man in the Mirror for just a bit.. ardy
