With the weekend here I think we can say a few things positive
Hello. In the last 2 weeks I have had only 1.5 beers. I opened a can each weekend and drank about .75 of the beer. I actually felt it too a little. But I stopped. This is my 3rd weekend coming and although I feel a slight pull to drink its best not to drink.
Stay strong this weekend all. Lets not get drunk and give up. keep in your mind healthy thoughts and when you feel the ugly thoughts of intoxication quickly remove your mind from it and replace it with sober thoughts. Stay vigilant and mindful of your situation because the roaring lion alcohol is waiting for your weakest moment to grab you and falsely claim safety.
Let your body and soul rest another weekend and see you all on the other side of the week.
