this is gonna be tough. i don't know why i thought it would be easy...nothing in my life worth having ever came easy.
so...here's the latest...i can swim for hours...but i come home and wanna eat like a bear.
I drank over a gallon of water today....and i could sit down right now and eat a porterhouse, a huge baked potato, a salad and a loaf of bread......and then have dessert.
not gonna do it though.
I'm going to solider through...it's the only way to get done what i have to do.
I'm blending veggies after 5pm to fill up. I've got sugar headaches too. LOL
this is gonna be a nightmare. hahahaha
