I shall definitely be staying on board and apart from looking at the scenery I will be testing the bit of wearable technology some one sent me (in return for a discount) - a wristband that can be used to recharge my phone.

Hi folks, I back for another ride for Sunday which I very well might sleep through. Had a house full of kids running around all day in and out, dog ran off, burned a frozen pizza and got absolutely nothing accomplished.

Got the dog home, kids are gone except mine and had McDonalds for dinner, all and all still a good day.

Good morning SteelRes, Purps, Puppy and all other Sober Bus Riders. I'm a wee bit late this morning, but hey, it's Sunday. I was up at 4am and went outside to look at the stars. Something I haven't done in a long while. Then I went back to bed, happy and peaceful.

This is a tranquil spot in Kildonan park looking toward the Red River where my family and I sat yesterday as I worked thru some emotional issues and realized personal growth. I like where this journey is taking me.

I am Delizadee, thank you, better and stronger than ever. It was also the first time that I really voiced to my wife that I can never drink again.

I kind of felt like I said goodbye to an old friend when I did that. There was some element of sadness in me.
But the more I say it, the more I am committed to it, like a daily affirmation. "You are beautiful and you don't drink!"

Hey I know that guy, it's the Bob's Big Boy mascot. We used to go there after hitting the bars in Cleveland to have a greasy burger.

Back on the sober bus for the bestest day of the week-Monday! I'm full of crap too. Anyway friends have a great day and week not drinking.

Thanks, yea, I had posted often on SR that I could never drink again. I guess I just never really closed that loop hole with my wife. Sneaky AV, likes to make sure there's always a back door.
