Please stay on the Sober Bus -- pt.7
Lemon trivia - Andre Citroen, founder of the motor car company was a Dutchman whose birth name was Citron which is the French word for lemon. He wisely thought that no one would buy a car called a lemon and so changed his name.

OMG I got to talk to him a little bit last night....I told him thanks for the drumstick (from last time) and I mentioned how I took it to my drum lesson to show my teacher....how impressed he was by the size of it....Shannon smiled and said "I have big sticks!" He made me blush! I walked away giggling like a teenager

Hi SteelRes!
When life gives you lemons, sell them and buy a pineapple.

Back again for another ride for Tuesday and thanks for being tolerant about my lemon jokes----I promised no more lemon comments but bananas are fair game, just kidding. Just imagine what my wife has to put up.

I was driving down the road yesterday when I saw a banana peel in the middle of the road and instinctively swerved to avoid it.
Thanks Mario Kart........
Oh boy that was a bad one wasn't it? Have a great sober week my national and international friends.

Morning gang, yuck, hotel room coffee. Is there anything we won't drink for a caffeine hit?
Was browsing a magazine stand yesterday while waiting for team members to arrive at the airport. This reminded me of a certain SR member....

Thanks Purp, feeling much better. The difference 24 hours make...wow.
Cheap hotel coffee, yuck! I usually call ahead to find out what kind of coffee pot it is, esp if staying in "condo-like" room. Then I bring my own filters and coffee. I once stayed at Vegas hotel attending an AA convention. None of the rooms had coffee pots! Forcing people out of their rooms to buy it downstairs. What a racket!
