I am so happy to hear that.
If you are up to it mentally, now might be a good time to try and cut out sugar for a while, including starch. I did Whole 30 and felt great but its hard to do -- no sugar, bread, pasta, rice, diet drinks, but for most people the wine is the hardest and we got that already.
For me, I enjoyed it cause it felt like I was taking control, which might be good for you now. Dr Weil's site is also great for inflammation, but I think I said that already.
