Merry go round and round Again

Good day to all , unfortunately my current status:
4 month's worth of quitting after 3 attempts =
70days sober / 50days un-sober

Living in the ghetto ain't what it used to be, Back to day 2.

Cheers

Thanks for the links I will check them all out!

I've got to punt the football now and restructure my offensive line of thinking and gain control again, I was so close with 62 days and feeling good! then drop the ball just for those few painful beers.

cheers

This battle is won with 3 yards and a cloud of dust. Don't get fancy and start thinking about the long bomb. That's when you lose possession and muck up the whole drive. Just keep the ball in the hands of your grinders. You can use the trick plays in the 4th quarter, but for now just keep it simple. One day at a time man.

Do look at those links Bullmas

There's no reason why you can't look at what happened, tweak your plan and stay sober for good this time

Thanks for the links above , they have good informative steps, I need to re-read them a few times until I get the message better, Alcohol has got me going nowhere but to an early grave.

Thanks again cheers.
