Sleepie, I spoke to someone a couple of days ago who went through benzo withdrawals. She had to go to rehab. You've done it all by yourself. It's amazing. She said it was sheer hell and she wouldn't have wished it on her worst enemy. She is feeling 100% physically now - has been for a long time. Like you, she was prescribed it in the beginning and didn't know what she was getting into. You are nearly there....home straight now...very tired but nearly there.
