I think thats how it is in aa or on this board. At first one might have a lot of doubt and questions and tug of war about how they feel about what they are hearing and reading etc.. but then stuff starts to sink in....

Fly - I had the same experience when I first came here. I wasn't ready to stop, but once I got involved with posting and reading, it was all over. We are so proud of you for one year sober! Even better days lie ahead.
