I have/had some of those characteristics and continue to work on them. I found my biggest weakness and the main reason for my ism is the many aspects of FEAR.

Thank you dgc, Thank God for the 12 steps, most folks think the only problem with them is their drinking. Drinking is just a symptom. You know that and I know that.
