Well, when I can't run it doesn't feel like my body's making any progress at all. But I just went out for the first time in two weeks, and a week of that was spent with flu, and I realise it's been getting better this whole time.

So I guess you only realise when you challenge it. Maybe?

Sorry, SS, that's not me. You see, with the money I've saved on booze I've engaged an outside agency to maintain all my social media. So in actual fact you've been talking to Melinda and John, who who write SR posts on my behalf and sometimes even compose them together, although Melinda's the better writer, no John is, no Melinda's way better than John, oh, that's rubbish and you know it.
