Dude, well done on 19 days - that's amazing. The hardest part? That's tough! Oh man...definitely the first three or four weeks. Yeah. It's tough now, for sure, but a different tough. Now it's about building a new life which is hard as hell, but positive.
When I started, it was all about not doing things: not drinking, not daring to see friends, not telling people, not coping at work, not believing what I was doing, not dealing with forever.
Now it's about what I need to do, in my life, my work, my family. About making decisions.
