That's awesome, quitter!! I found that my anxiety level (and depression) got so much better after I stopped drinking. So many of us self-medicated with alcohol - I know I did. Give yourself some time to heal - it takes a while for our brains to reset. Then, if you find you still need help with anxiety issues, you can always see a doc or psychiatrist. I find that staying in the moment and taking things one day at a time, help a lot too!
