has it really been this long???

Today is a whole entire year that I have not had a drink. This morning, as I ate my healthy breakfast and readied myself for the day, I thought about how crappy I felt just a year ago when I woke up in the am. Post blackout, hungover, hurting, shaking, anxious and severly depressed. Wow

, what a difference a year makes. Proof positive I say that it can be done. Maybe a will celebrate tonight - wtih some cookies or other junk food!

To all of you who think you will cannot make it this long, believe me it can be done. Its truely one day at a time (x's 365 of them!) .
