has it really been this long??? Today is a whole entire year that I have not had a drink. This morning, as I ate my healthy breakfast and readied myself for the day, I thought about how crappy I felt just a year ago when I woke up in the am. Post blackout, hungover, hurting, shaking, anxious and severly depressed. Wow :c029:, what a difference a year makes. Proof positive I say that it can be done. Maybe a will celebrate tonight - wtih some cookies or other junk food! :) To all of you who think you will cannot make it this long, believe me it can be done. Its truely one day at a time (x's 365 of them!) . |
Such a good feeling isn't it. Congrats on 1year. |
