Curious......
Hmmm....Diet Coke for me, regular Coke for him. For the kids, milk (about a gallon & a half a day), bread/muffins/cereal, and lots of meat (for them...I don't care for it). And coffee. Lots of coffee.
We grow & preserve most of our own vegetables & sauces.
That's more than three, isn't it? Glad I'm not a math major!

Hum let's see here, I guess it depends on what I want but mainly
and let me tell ya now that it is in this order everyday
1. coffee
2. water
3. coffee
1. wake up with coffee
2. drink a lot of water during the day
3. coffee at my meeting
in between food! and lots of it I didn't gain 40 lbs in 5 months on just coffee and water

veggies, fruit, meat and oatmeal bread (have high cholestrol, oat fibre is great for eliminating some cholesterol from your system).
Just for the record, soda is actually VERY bad for you in large amounts or even moderate amounts and NOT for the usual reasons... sugar... it is actually because of the carbon dioxide that is used to carbonate the soda... it depletes calcium from your bones... that's right, early onset osteoarthritis folks... anyone for a coke?
