Thanks ! I can so relate. Events in our past contribute to our problems. We should know they are there, learn from them and never loose sight of the fact we have to power to rebuild ourselves on our own terms into whatever we want (actually figuring out what I want took awhile, bu is part of the process). Thanks again!

Doing great thx. I just replied to another post of yours. I have not been receiving notifications so that's why it took so long to reply. I'm still spending a few minutes a day on my TEA forms and feeling better than ever. I can really see my attitude has totally turned around from when I started them and others have noticed too. Did you feel that same effect too?
Hope you are well?

Thx Jbr! I spend a few minutes almost everyday doing them. I usually do them first thing in the morning when do you do them? Is there a time of day that's better?
A small price to pay for how much better I am feeling these days

Yeah peaked my curiosity so I googled it and got this:

Tea Form Exercise | Insight Synthesis
insightsynthesis.com/tag/tea-form-exercise/
Nov 27, 2008 – The TEA Form Exercise is a great way of getting rid of negative thinking patterns. It is a simple technique founded and documented by Sam Obitz in his book Been There, Done That? Do This!
