Feel like I've been so grumpy and sick today but something just happened that really made me laugh.

My dog is dozing next to me on the sofa. A fly flew past and he sat up and snapped at the fly and somehow caught the fly in his mouth. This freaked my dog out so much he looked really confused for a moment and then slowly opened his mouth. The fly flew out and now my dog is chasing it and barking. We've been outwitted by a fly and a raw prawn xxx

Funny about your dog kenton. The dog, the prawn, and the fly. The makings of an exciting children's story.

I'd use my last 2 percent of battery on you any old day kenton. I think we're all trying to give 100% here, and at the same time trying to find balance. I find equilibrium really difficult, but so worth it, and so nurturing and gentle, when sometimes I do succeed. Press on.

Just saved myself some money YAY! in that I trawled through all old computer wires, attachments, cables that I don't have a clue about, and rigged up a new charger. I AM NERD!

Just going to relax-edly move around the house doing a few things and preparing to go for a walk to the op shop. Still looking for the Hope diamond.

Feeling relaxed today and glad we talked about sometimes needing retreat. It helped me to relax and removed (self-imposed) pressure.

My Dad died as a result of drinking and smoking kenton. He died in a nursing home following 3rd stroke. He kept his marbles 'til the end and was always up for a political debate. His body was completely crippled and I know this 'shamed' him. It was very sad, and he never complained, whereas Mum

At the very end he had a recognition that alcohol was the problem, but it was too late. He was very intelligent, working class and political. It was such a waste. Hang on....I've been told that.

I wish better services had been available to him back then, because essentially he was a very good bloke, but problems with him during my childhood, that's for sure. He was just one of us really. Too bad he was my Dad

Dad would laugh at that too.

Love you too kenton xxx

I love being a spud and I'm peeling so much better today. .. see what I did there?!! The raw prawn slowed me down yesterday but now I'm back. Ha! Raw prawn. It is so amazing to feel normal again. Well, as normal as I ever feel. I feel hungry!! That's a good sign isn't it? Not sure I'll be eating shell fish anytime soon but could definitely handle some toast.

Made me think yesterday how awful food poisoning is. But I had no qualms about poisoning myself with alcohol on a regular basis. Crazy times.

Your dad sounded lovely Steely. I bet he was so super proud of you Steely. I bet he still is. Good night Steely. Hope everyone will have/is having/ has had a great day xxxxx

Sorry Kenton, I know he comes from the UK and is probably a good photographer, but you've got to admit we had dibs on it.

But the fact that your appetite is returning and you could tolerate toast, is a good sign.

Spuds are nerd Ms. Nands.

It's a pain hey LSW?

I'm using it as an anger management technique. Now when it happens I just say Om, and walk away.

Sorta works, and it's free

It is a dreadful design fault.

I hope you are doing OK, and hope to see you after you've rested.

Pretty good today ... Chris and I are watching last year (season 1) of People of Earth to prepare for season 2 that starts at the end of the month... if you ever get a chance watch it...

I always felt like an alien and now I know why...

(I have a crush on the albino)
