Grateful for doing better on my mountain bike ride today. It was gorgeous weather and my stamina seems to already be somewhat improved...or maybe it's just an easier trail. Anyway, I was glad to see and hear all the "wildlives," nuthatches, deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and even a box turtle. Glad to get out in the woods and be active again.

And grateful for Mike & Ike Zours candy.

Grateful for a new massage therapist, her "magic fingers" machine, and instructions for stretches. I can't believe that it's taken over four years and I-don't-know-how-many therapists, one finally told me something I
can do for my pain. But glad for it.

And grateful for my ex's help setting up my new iPhone, even though he wasn't very nice a lot of the time. Glad that's done...mostly.
