I choked on the antibiotics. It hit the back of my throat and made me cough. Still haven't cleared it all out yet. I hope my lungs can handle it.

He is so angry, slamming doors, telling me I shouldn't have done this.

He never agreed with the surgery. But I intended to do this long before he was in my life.

He has refused to be supportive, and is trying to punish me now for having done it.

I am ok, I think.

I am trying to clear my lungs before last dose of meds in 30 minutes. Then after those pain meds kick in I might be able to sleep, assuming I'm done coughing by then.

I'm so sorry about your situation. The physical hardship is bad enough, but when it's combined with emotional strain, it must be double-painful. I wish I could help. I hope you rest tonight.

I don't think we can answer as non-medical people, but I'm sure you'll be alright.
If you are worried, perhaps you can call the doctor in the morning.
I would.
I annoyed my surgeon a lot after my surgery.
I was on my own, so I was also pretty scared.
