Are you able to (very lightly) massage your cheek muscles to relieve any of the tension?

Haven't tried it yet, V. I would like to. Scared still.

I used to do that, before the surgery. I had a voice teacher once who taught me ways to relax the jaw. He was great.

I've been touching my face and today I was able to barely exfoliate my skin with a wet cloth. It's not sore to the touch anymore, so there's progress.

Still some bruising on either side, on the lower cheeks.
