Hi, JK- we have pretty close sobriety dates
I will share that my sober date this month (11 months) I had about a week where I was very down, with a lot of self-doubt. I was feeling very anxious suddenly that....wow - the solution really is never drink again. Of course I know this, but my self-doubt about it was surprising. But - it did pass. Because, no matter what, I don't drink!
We're all on this road together!

I'm only on day 2 and am still feeling very crappy....but I'd like to at least be grateful that my drinking wasn't anywhere near daily for years now (it was at one point in my life)
....not that it makes it okay, but I've spent far more days sober than not in recent months....so now to just cut it out altogether! Day 2 and counting....
