You can do it, try to stay busy. After work is always the hardest for me. I did 100 days and broke down, now I'm on medication and it really works.... Hang in there

Exercise always helped me when I got cravings, it's also a healthy way to fill your spare time.

I've started walking 2-3 miles every night and it's helped so much! At night is always the toughest time for me. Thank you for the encouragement!!
