Quitting smoking?
I was just wondering if there are folks here that are trying to quit smoking cigarettes. If so, I have a couple of questions I would like to ask.

I didn't get serious bout not smoking the first 3 years sober. make sure you got the booze under control first. It's been 2 years since I stopped smoking. A pack and a half a day. I have no idea if, I quit during the sign of the moon or what. Smoking might b even harder to give up then booze. It was impossible to stop when, drinking.
Avoid people that smoke when, you decide to stop. You got any hobbies? Keep those hands and your self busy when you try and stop. Try and read things that interest you don't sit in front of the tube. I could sit and jell andchain smoke watchin tv. Try and have healthy foods to snack on. Celery and carrot sticks. Drink water plenty of it.
If you have a place to walk start doing that. Boredom is a big stumbling block for any one trying to quit
