Val, I hope you had a nice day in Fort Collins and going to those stores. I used to go to Sprouts a lot when living in CO and World Market occasionally.

Sao, that is sad.
Chloe, it warmed up for me yesterday, in the upper 50s.

Hope you had fun Val. We don't have Sprouts near us, but I have heard good things.

Thanks Aly! I had a great session and my client seemed pleased.

Sao, I can imagine how disturbing watching a previous residence have a fire. Lots of memories stirred up I am sure.

I hope it warms up for you Val and Chloe!

Best wishes all!

Sao, I'm sorry to hear about the fire, that's tragic. I was the cause of a condominium fire many years ago, a work situation with a torch. Thankfully nobody was injured, but it takes a long time to recover from the experience.

SG, I'm glad to hear about your work session, sounds positive!

Large cuppa iced coffee. Not quite warm enough yet for it but still gets me going in the AM.

Awake early with alarm. I would still be snoozing but I have a routine Dr appointment this morning. I’m thinking about a nap this afternoon.

It is 21 and 40’s forecast which is much nicer than 14.

My friends appointment went well and her cataract will be removed next month. I was impressed by Sprouts and picked up goodies for Gdaughter’s Easter basket. I picked up dark chocolate covered digestive biscuits for myself. I’ve restrained myself and have not busted into them. They are one of my favorites and not available here in Cheyenne.

Sao that is sad and creepy. I have not googled Eek-a-Mouse yet. I’m still getting over my mouse. The cat finally presented it to me before I left yesterday morning. He is still weirding me out by standing guard in the kitchen.

SG that is very good on the reiki session. You have found your calling.

Off to wake up with more coffee.
Have a great Wednesday everyone.

Small world, I have been to an Eek-a-Mouse concert in Redondo Beach CA. In the late 70's I went to a bunch of punk concerts in the same town. I used to live near RB and hang out along the beach bar walk next to the pier. Henry Rollins currently hosts a weekly radio show on KCRW I like to listen to.

Memory lane, mosh pit, and more coffee

Gatorman, wishing you and your wife well. Prayers to you and Astro and his brother. You both are in my thoughts.
SG, so glad the reiki sesson went well. I have to get a picture to you sometime. I want a session one of these days. I have to get a new computer and get things kind of straightened out.
Sao, thinking of you.
It's supposed to be mostly sunny but it's kind of overcast. Maybe later it will be sunny and warm.
Have a wonderful day all. Love and peace to you all.

One (sort of) good thing is that the fire does not appear to have been started deliberately according to the Fire Brigade. It's strange because it is not apparent there has been a fire.

I saw Eek-a -Mouse and Big Youth supporting the Beastie Boys in ~ 87 at the Brixton Academy. Time and you-know-what means my memory is hazy of the entire event.
