I had set a backup alarm for 5:30. It’s a good thing I didn’t use it as it was set for PM. It never fails that I could have slept a lot longer when I have to be up. First day of job day!
ck-Wyoming reminds me of horse related smells also haha. I’ve never been on a horse and am not outdoorsy at all. I like the mountains with a town attached. It is mostly desolate prairie though. This town s big with 63,000 population.

We are cleaned up at work, but the hurricane has stalled north of us, causing us to get more rain than anticipated. I put sand bags by the door last night before leaving. There were probably fifty power utility trucks from Florida in our parking lot. I presume they will be heading into New York and New England when the storm passes.

Difficult days for you Star...your "weekend" is close? You need it!
Up at 3:30, a too long nap on Sunday afternoon yields a price to pay.
Nothing to compare with the hangovers I had to survive when I was active though.

Up at 4 after a really good night.
I have an appointment at the bank this morning to meet an advisor on my investments.
It always makes me nervous but I know I have to trust the bank's financial advisor.
He manages retirement plans full time 35 hours a week, he surely knows the risks and outcomes better than I do...
Things are beginning to dry Star?
That tropical storm Henri will pass far from us in the East and go die in the Atlantic (pheww)

Stayed in bed for a few minutes analyzing the dream I was in. I cannot even remember it now.
First day of job went well enough. Everyone was very nice and I received a gift basket. I have less hours than expected but I’m ok with it. If I make myself more useful maybe I’ll get more hours down the road. I’m just happy to be there! It is healthier than sitting around stewing over things I cannot control.
Are you off for the “weekend” star? I hope your store is dry. What a mess.

this hurricane is stalled east of us causing the heat and humidity to stall out over us. 90's and super humid thur monday now. Heat index near 100 due to dew points in the mid 70's. It was supposed to cool off friday but not now. At least I'm not in the sun and only work till 230. Good day early risers.
