Very very cool Guener.....I adore brain exercise. Also in the process of working myself out here work and study-wise, again. I made a big expensive mistake last year, and I was making myself completely miserable trying to do the course when it is not AT ALL who I am. An expensive mistake I have made a few times now, so I need to learn from it and honour who I truly am.

So I will write, and get qualified here to do elder care work, start my own business (doing this) and also creative stuff like jewellery making and other things I would like to create.

Plus I want my own store....I have a great idea, and we thought maybe we could try it out via a pop-up, either virtually or literally.

All of those things are really great pursuits, Venus. Starting your own business is a big deal, I know from doing that myself some years ago. (I no longer am in that line of work, now.) Keeping the body and those neurons firing well is a business all to itself, LOL.

03:00 -- I've been up for an hour already, listening to some of the D-Day commemorative talk. My grandfather fought in the War, and I am thinking about him today. I made some coffee so that I can stay awake to catch more of it, I can catch up on some sleep later.

Got to bed late last night, didn't want to get up. I was dreaming about driving my car in some icy situation. It got to the point that I didn't want to drive anymore, so I woke up.

Chloe, an emotional hangover is a term I use to describe how awful I feel the next day or so after having been selfish, dishonest, resentful and afraid--usually with those I'm closest to.

Amends are made and usually accepted but still, a tiny 'physic scar' can develop in the relationship. That make sense to anyone?

Up a little earlier to check in on work. Been having a mysterious problem that requires manual intervention. It will get figured out in time.

Day 12 after 4 years. The past 6 weeks were hell. Medical help and a lot of AA. It is wonderful to feel alive again.
I’m looking forward to the park today with Granddaughter.

Awoke at 2am thinking my husband was going to oversleep, or not hear the alarm. He got up but I had a hard time going back to sleep knowing my alarm would go off at 3am.

Slept in after napping yesterday.
10:30 women’s meeting with daughter-in-law and children are welcome also. A family of AA! Granddaughter was pooped yesterday so no park. Hopefully today and if not there is always tomorrow.
