I am a terrible sleeper. I have RA so I am in pain most of the time. My bf has sleep apnea and has a machine he uses at night. We eat dinner about 4:30pm. He goes to bed around 8pm.
I rest when I can and yes, I knew he was an early riser, too!

Oh sweety. 
I know a lot about RA....my mum had it. I have OA....is that a thing? (apparently it is). Not bad anymore due to my diet and EP Oil and a few other supplements. Nowhere near the same as RA, that's for sure.
And I am glad that your bf has help with his sleep apnea....it can be scary.
I am pretty good at helping with sleep issues.....just in case you ever want any extra help...I can only imagine you are sick of getting help with this.

Osteoarthritis (OA)is in the bones of my legs and feet especially my ankles.
Up to hear the thunder...no wonder it is so dark!
I drink calming teas and take melatonin when necessary. But, always am open to suggestions! I also have a magnesium arthritis spray I use at night on my hands and feet.

I must get that spray dear Chloe (hug)s.....the times I have to try and sleep through the pain in my knee or foot, well, it is horrendous as you know.....thank you so much for that. xx

Poor Gilligan....did no one love him? I did when I was little, but he drove my mother insane.
How is this storm.....do you guys have it? Wildest thing I have ever seen....woke up to full light, then it got so dark all of my plant lights came on. And then boom crash thunder lightning, massive downpour, petunias squashed.
