Busy day ahead. Dr appointment and then getting hair done before work.
No boss meeting yesterday, she was busy and will do it my email or phone whenever she’s in the mood I guess. Touch of resentment there!
Brief reprieve in moving to adult building due to construction delays.
I’ll take it one day at a time.
Chloe- hope your ankle is better.

Up way too early...not really what I wanted to do but, I rolled over and knocked the tv remote off the bed with a 'bang'! So, I am now awake and watching tv!

I’m up way to early also. Stayed up late and then yoga teacher texted way to late and woke me up. Way to tired to go to yoga this morning,
I need an attitude adjustment or better yet a nap.

Early Sunday Morning...' not a creature is stirring, not even a mouse' lol! I am not getting any rest when I sleep and I wake up so darn early. Oh, well, I must have alot on my mind deep down inside or maybe I am getting a cold.

Woke up and started thinking to much. I’m resetting my mind sitting outside. Morning recovery readings help a lot.
STDragon-drinking dreams are the pits. I always feel panic and then gratitude. Very scary.
No movie yesterday. My friend is older and her knees were bothering her. My back was sore from pulling weeds so I was relieved. Old age!
A good sober Monday to all.

Chloe, how's your finger?
Up at 0411, got on the mini trampoline for a mini cardio work-out. At work but feel awful. No coffee allowed this before as I have an MRI at 0930. I can deal with the no food allowed but Coffee? What can I say, I am an addict.
And the two monitors are flickering black and not helping my headache.

Up early. It's 4 am on Tuesday. Had a bad dream... oh, well..soon I will forget it.
