For me, recovery is like quality, something I can't define but I know it when I see it...
An observation based not on its longevity, as commendable as that is in anyone but its quality.
In which anything that contradicts logic and experience should be abandoned.
Which also includes the requirement to look for and recognise credibility, in all people and things...in which in posting this thread I include myself as its author.
Said on the humble basis, that after leading, in my 'drinking days' the delusional life of an alcoholic I couldn't, in recovery offer something of worth to both myself and my environment, including those around me I and my recovery, had neither quality nor credibility...
