I am looking for 12 step type groups involving recovery from cocaine
addiction in Virginia, Florida, Washington D.C. and the Caribbean. I
also
would like to know if it would be appropriate for a recovering cocaine
addict
to attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings?

I'm new to these boards, so I know this is sort of a late reply to your post, but I wanted to let you know that I am a recovering Cocaine/Crystal Meth addict and I attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings on a regular basis and they've been very accepting of me. No one should look at you any different. The bottom line is that we're all drug addicts, no matter what the drug is. Good luck.

Babiga, I really want to help you and I am going to try. The problem is, you did not give me a city with your states so I can be specific. As for your use of drugs, you are in the right place and you have used the right drugs to qualify as an addict in need of assistance from the Narcotics Anonymous Fellowship. You mentioned four areas , Florida, Virginia, Washington D.C. and the Carribean in which there are 12 step meetings. I will give you the 12 step events in those areas and you should get some help and have a good time. In Washington D.C., the closest we can get is Maryland.
