I did it for you but you can change whatever else you want to by (in desktop view) clicking on User CP (left hand side of the toolbar) and then 'edit profile details'.
If you're using a phone layout it'll be different - I'll have to check up on that for you

Thank you
I imagine the first few days will be rough Adam but once you get through the first day hopefully you'll feel better.
My drugs of choice were alcohol and pot but I spent a lot of time here the first few weeks - it helped
I can't seem to get to USERCP on my phone( mines an Iphone) but if you didn't want to use desktop view I can change anything you want anyway

Well my drugs of choice are different but I posted a lot here, and I read books, watched TV, even did menial tasks (cleaning etc) cos it got me out of obsessing about how I felt.
I tried to eat - its best to eat well but if junk food/sugary food is all you can swallow go for it.
I don't know any way to speed up the withdrawal/come down process - we all feel bad before we feel good again.
You've got several threads in two different forums and I can see you're in the chat room as well - you're well covered for responses, if that's what's concerning you
I am sure that people with specific meth history will be around before too long, man

Adam
Each day reward yourself weather its ten minutes with a tea and in that time concentrate on 1 thing that makes you smile could be a photo could be a song could be anything other than what you once used and each day add an extra min to it perhaps walk round the block and look at things I bet you never look at a tree see what it looks like or how the sky looks little things you wouldn't think where there start opening your eyes and having different thoughts it helps me I've a beautiful tree that blossoms in pink at the end off my road I never noticed before children making noise playing in the street the sky looking so clear and fresh with funny shaped clouds ⛅️ little thing and add an extra min every day x
