I just woke up. Just past hour 80 for me.
For some reason i set hour 72 and 96 in my head as milestones.
I am still feeling ok. Shoulders are still aching. I have a lot to do today though, so we will see how that goes...

Just checking in... for the last few days chores have been piling up, i just got some of them finished:
Folded 2 loads of laundry(ugh), yet to be put away though!
Cut the grass(it was out of control).
Replaced a sprinkler that has been broken while i was down n out.
Still not 100% by any means physically, but hoping i am on the upswing.

Course you are gonna feel demotivated and listless, just go easy on yourself mate. Now isn't the time for an inquest into what's happened, just let the thoughts go and concentrate on staying clean- that really is all that matters right now.
Stay strong folks

Love this motivating each other. That is great. It truly helps. Even more if you could get into the rooms (meetings) and be with other newcomers in person!!
