That's wonderful caro, I would like to congratulate you on your decision to better your life. I'm sorry it's taken this long to reply, but I've been trying to stay busy as much as possible. I've found that, along with exercise and the Thomas recipe have really helped me through this. I'm on day 9 and I feel wonderful. You can do it to! If you have any questions feel free to ask.
