because...in times of medical treatments, drinking is a sure way to mess up the doctor-patient relationship.

because I dealt with a small bout of self loathing this morning, back when I drank the depression, anxiety, impending doom, self loathing was 24\7.
I got out of bed, walked the dogs, drank some tea, got on here and 'bye bye bad thoughts'.
