Why are We Happy?
Do we really CHOOSE happiness or misery?... Can I be happy if I want? Can I talk myself into being miserable? Do I have a choice in the matter?
I think our mental attitude has a lot to do with it. But How much???

I think there is probably a difference between a person who has a true chemical imbalance and someone who is just unhappy. I think we can give ourselves a chemical imbalancehrough unhealthy living (we can f*Co up our body chemistry which can make us physically depressed).
That being said, I think we have a great deal of control over our own happiness in general. The mind is incredibly powerful and capable of healing. We use like 10% of our brain...if we doubled that we could probably cure every illness in the world or blow ourselves up for good. The choice is ours:-)
